A question may arise for many people as what "Safari" means? Therefore, we intend to describe safari in a simple word for tourists who desire to attend safari tours. Safari is an adventure which is usually takes place as a road trip. It may be interesting to know that this road trip was started from Africa. Biyarjomand

There is a small desert in Semnan province which is located in the eastern part of Damghan desert. This desert is dried seasonally; nevertheless, scattered wetlands can be found in its eastern part. There is a dirt path from Biyarjomand County to the southwest which passes through the desert within a 45 kilometers distance and leads to Torud.

Shahdad Desert

There is a 100 kilometers distance between Shahdad and Kerman and a 40 kilometers distance to Kaloutha. This region has been known as one of the Earth's geothermal hotspots among geologists. There is an equipped camp within the desert which simplifies the tour for safari's fans and provides more safety for tourists. To reach Shahdad Desert Camp, you need to enter Shahdad- Nehbandan road from a 2 kimlometers distance to Shahdad- Mahan road. After passing 15 kilometers, you can enter the camp desert road. In the east part of the road, after entering the camp road and passing a 10 kilometers distance, you will reach Shahdad Desert Camp.

 

Khara Desert

Khara Desert is located in Isfahan province, in a 100 kilometers distance to the east part of Isafahan and a 150 kilometers distance to the west part of Yazd. Khara Desert derives its name from a village with the same name on its southern edge and the region has been known with this name in the recent years. Varzaneh Desert and Hasan Abad Desert are the other names of this desert. Sceneries of Gavkhuni wetland are awesome from its eastern highlands. The salt pan is accessible through a dirt path from Hasan Abad to the salt mine. Moreover, the sandy heels of the region are suitable for off-road and camping.
